The successful candidate will be responsible for exceptional customer service, operating efficiently, and compliance with Volkswagen Workshop Dealer standards
Proven experience as a Volkswagen Diagnostic technician within a Volkswagen dealership environment
Strong technical knowledge of Volkswagen systems
Strong administrative, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
Valid driver’s license
Computer literacy (ELSA PRO, GRP, ODUS)
